This fixes a bug in 3.13.2, which was reported, and would crash the app if you opened the settings panel. This happened if you were logged out. Additionally, you were unable to log in if you weren't already logged in when updating because there was a mistake on which api had the login url. v3 does not, and I incorrectly referenced it. There's also an enhancement to the model preview in this release, which now makes sure 3d models being previewed draw back to front.
