Artnet 2 Twinkly 3.8.1 (migration feature)

Starting in this version, under settings, there are two new buttons. One is for backing up all settings and the other is for restoring them. This has two purposes: 1. It allows you to back up your settings before doing something you'll regret. 2. It allows you to have a single file for migration to a different computer.
