Twinkly Master status update

I haven't forgotten to keep developing! You can look forward to the next version having the exporter ported, the editor "partially" implemented, and some other fun goodies. For example: We can preview the data from the music dongle in a spectrum display. We can now download twinkly effects from their server. This is incredibly basic and only supports js effects currently (there are also .mov and .mp4 and .gif) and I haven't been able to get them to install on pro devices. We can now play a sequence locally. This still needs audio support and FPP sync packet support, which I have not been able to confirm works yet. Stay tuned. There's still some "hacking" stuff to port from Artnet 2 Twinkly, as well as dmx mode and e131 support, and I need to install an automatic version check, but we're on our way with some crazy advancements.
